Role at the BioEscalator:
- Managing the reception, acting as the initial point of contact.
- Providing administrative and financial support for the Business Manager.
- Assisting the Business Manager and Lab Manager in implementing strategy and plans to support the long-term sustainability of the operations.
Ying has a range of experience in both the private and public sectors. After relocating to the UK, she worked as a receptionist at IDRM. Ying aims to provide professional service to dynamic, energetic and innovative bioscience start-ups and spin-out and ensure the administrative processes run efficiently and effectively.
