You: We’re looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience
- Background in academia, R&D, healthcare or hospitality
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Well organised self-starter & team player
- Enthusiastic to identify, own & solve interesting problems
- Looking for a mission as worthy as you are
Your core responsibilities
- Support CEO & leadership team to be optimally effective
- Coordinate our world leading scientific advisory board (SAB) & team events
- Manage calendars for senior team. Support important internal/external meetings
- Office manager, liaising with BioEscalator, University & industry teams
- Onboard new starters (potentially lead recruitment, see Growth Opportunities)
