The skills gap in the scientific sector is widening across the country, and moving away from Europe has made it more challenging to find the required skills. However, the team at CSR Group say the solution is clear. It involves the strategic use of apprenticeship Levy funds to develop new technicians, lab-based scientists, and healthcare practitioners in a flexible employer-led manner to support the 4th industrial revolution.

Join Rob Green, Director at CSR group, for a 30-minute talk, followed by lunch, and learn how apprenticeships can help individuals develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career and employers to build a workforce with future-ready skills.

Rob will also have a pop-up stand to provide more information on what CSR does and how they can help you find apprentices who want to kick start a scientific, life sciences and healthcare science career partnering to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours to flourish.

This event is in conjunction with National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) 2023. This week brings together businesses and apprentices across the country to highlight the positive impact of apprenticeships on individuals, businesses and the broader economy.
