Gateway criteria

We have flexible meeting spaces to suit your needs, from soundproof pods to seminar rooms, up to our Hub for larger events.

There are 4 nooks available for informal meetings, 2 in the Hub and 2 on the first floor. 

2 soundproof pods with WiFi and telephone for confidential meetings.

3 meeting rooms that are perfect for board meetings and team discussions hosting 8-12 people each.

  • This flexible space can opened up to a seminar room for 40 people and is used for seminars, scientific talks, training sessions and larger meetings.

The Hub space is where our tenants can relax and enjoy lunch or have informal meetings, it is also the venue for the BioEscalator Pizza Socials. Our Hub space can be hired for larger events and seminars of up to 120 people with room to serve food and drinks and, if required, we can organise the catering for you.

Hotdesks are available for hire to entrepreneurs, visitors and service companies working with tenants. Rental includes computer connection, high speed internet, reception facilities, access to help from BioEscalator staff and lockable cupboard. Flexible hire from half a day. 

Our spaces are preferentially available to tenants, but also to others working in medical innovation & entrepreneurship.
