Ying has experience across both the private and public sectors. After relocating to the UK, she began her career at the University of Oxford in a front-of-house role, gaining valuable insight into the innovation ecosystem.

 

At the BioEscalator, she supports dynamic and innovative bioscience start-ups and spin-outs, ensuring operational and administrative processes run efficiently. Her role now spans operations, finance, digital delivery, and data, with a focus on improving the tenant lifecycle and internal processes.

 

Ying is committed to continuous improvement, having led a project that reduced onboarding from 45 days to 21 days (with a 7-day record), enhancing efficiency and user satisfaction.

 

Her focus is on simplifying operations so companies can concentrate on advancing science and improving health.
