First Cambridge – Oxford BioVenture Showcase proves a success

The positive feedback from investors and presenting companies at our recent first Cambridge – Oxford BioVenture Showcase with the Milner Therapeutics Institute shows what a success it was. We will certainly be doing it again!

The five BioEscalator companies presenting alongside their counterparts from Cambridge were:

  • OSPT Ltd - Preserving medical device safety and value with bacteriophages
  • Entelo Bio - The human data engine for strength, repair, and mobility
  • Icosphere Biosciences - Revolutionising genomic medicine via next-generation precision particles
  • U-Ploid Biotechnologies - Extending the reproductive window
  • Orfonyx Bio - Creating medicines to increase protein expression

Several conversations with investors and other parties were initiated for the Oxford cohort as result of the Showcase, making a great outcome. Read more about the event here.
