Rentable by the day, week or month, the facility is managed by our experienced laboratory team so that you can focus on the science right from the start.
Space that grows with you
As your company grows, you’ll want to move into your own laboratory.
The BioEscalator’s Company Laboratories can be hired by the month and range in size from 15m2 - 137m2 with options for integral write-up space or separate offices.
Core lab facilities
All laboratory tenants can access the glasswashers, autoclave and drying cabinet in our core laboratory facilities.
The rental of space in the Innovation Laboratory also includes the use of additional facilities such as tissue culture, chemistry, and biology laboratories.
Company Laboratory occupiers can opt-in to these additional facilities.
At the BioEscalator we work as sustainably as we can, in line with the University of Oxford’s Environmental Sustainability Strategy.
Alongside our tenants, we’ve been awarded accreditation under the Laboratory Efficiency Assessment Framework (LEAF).
